Work hours: 8.30am-6.00pm (hybrid mode)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Headcount: 7000 globally with 50+ TA in the Global TA Team
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume, complex candidate interviews including travel and accommodations as needed
- Host candidates and ensure the onsite interview process is flawless
- Partner with recruiters to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Manage, quality check, and maintain data integrity in our ATS and our job postings, career pages on various social media sites, and other outlets
- Identify opportunities for improving recruiting operations and process
- Help manage background check process steps as needed, in eligible countries
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in any Discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in scheduling/tools/systems and Talent Acquisition’s operational works rather than end-end recruitment
- Familiar with Background checks / tools, familiar with Workday / ATS is a plus
