Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SAP IDEX (Intercompany Data Exchange) solutions for utility services.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal performance and address immediate and broader cross-team challenges.
- Conduct rigorous system testing and troubleshooting to optimize solution performance.
- Analyze client requirements to develop customized solutions leveraging SAP IDEX.
- Develop comprehensive solution architectures and technical designs tailored to utility projects.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology or any related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with proficiency in SAP IDEX, with prior experience working with utility companies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
