Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30PM), Saturday (8:30 AM to 1 PM)
Your Main Job Responsibilities:
- Promptly handle customer inquiries
- Inform all discrepancies to the respective customer via email
- Perform administrative support for order processing, fulfillment, and deliveries
- Assist the supervisor in the issuance of delivery notes and ensure proper documentation and record
- Coordinate with import and export operations, to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Ensure compliance with customers’ Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain stock accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and annual stock take
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse processes
Your Professional Background:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse coordination role, preferably within a 3PL environment
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Good team player and independent worker who requires minimal supervision
- Self-confident and self-motivated
- Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
- Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with customers
- Possess forklift licence is an added advantage
