Roles & Responsibilities
- Focus on business development in HR and recruitment services provided by JTE Recruit
- Perform cold calling and business development to new clients using leads provided by company
- Promote HR services and recruitment services by JTE Recruit
- Follow up with existing clients or warm leads given by company
- Work closely with Senior consultants / Managers on client’s enquiries and negotiation
- Participate in negotiation and business meetings
Requirements
- No experience is required, training will be provided
- MS Word, MS Excel skills
- Interest in sales or recruitment industry
- Pro-activeness and willing to learn
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
