Job Description:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations and administration of HR duties including maintaining P-files, ensuring correct employment documentation is kept, preparing HR correspondence such as employee letters and onboarding and offboarding processes
- Recruitment: Keep up to date adverts and job descriptions, post adverts on job portals, agree candidate shortlists with the HR Lead and hiring managers, be the point of contact for candidates, arrange interviews and follow up with feedback
- Onboarding: Assist with onboarding process including onboarding presentation and adding details to HR system
- Process work pass applications, issuance and cancellations and liaise with relevant agencies on foreign employee matters including employee travel to overseas restaurants
- Support the HR Executive to coordinate employee engagement and other HR projects such as company events
KEY MONTHLY TARGETS:
- Get interviews/trials for applications - if CV approved
- Check mycareersfuture/jobstreet for monthly expiring ads (repost if needed)
- WEEKLY TASKS/ACTIONS:
- Check for staff confirmation - send letter and add into AIA insurance
- Check for work pass expiration/renewal
- Ensure AIA list is updated with all confirmed employee in the month
- Check if job ads have expired (repost if needed)
- Send new joiners LOA and new hire form (if any)
- Add new joiners into Whyze
DAILY TASKS/ACTIONS:
- Check for updates on pass applications
- Check for applications on job ads/email - send to relevant manager
- Contact and schedule interview
- Email new hires for documents to apply pass (if any)
- Update new hires on pass application status/contact for more documentation if needed
- Check HR tasklist to keep up to date with new joiner start date, actions to be done for them
