You will be the key legal stakeholder managing a mix of corporate commercial transactions, disputes and corporate secretarial tasks in tandem with external service providers and a large global team of lawyers within the organisation. You will be crucial in providing advice and translation of key commercial and legal issues into Mandarin for senior stakeholders within the Group's Singapore office.
about the manager/team
You will be working with a global General Counsel and a global team of in-house counsel within the Group's various offices abroad. You will also be working with senior stakeholders based in Singapore.
skills and experience required
You will be have at least 3 years of legal experiences in either an in-house or private practice capacity assisting in general corporate commercial legal matters. You will require strong Mandarin proficiency in order to communicate and advise key stakeholders from the East Asian jurisdiction.
