Our client is a leading FMCG manufacturer and supplier of quality ingredients/ tools/ services for retail market. Currently, they are seeking for Payroll Specialist in supporting the HR operations.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
Payroll Management
- Manage the full spectrum of payroll processes and reconciliation.
- Process year end IR8E tax and IR21 tax clearance for foreign workers.
Reimbursement of Government-Paid Schemes
- Submit NS Makeup Pay Claim (NS Portal)
- Obtain reimbursement of government-paid schemes such as childcare leave, maternity leave, absentee payroll, etc.
Process/System Improvement
- To work on respective systems within our HR EcoSystem on enhancement and automation to improve work efficiency.
- Develops, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances HR Information Systems configuration and security.
- Be the go-to person on the assigned systems in supporting stakeholders and users for their requirements.
- Partner with HR process owners to review and streamline business process.
- Develops information systems involving integration of multiple platforms, vendor products and technologies.
- Ensure knowledge on assigned system are well managed within HR and Company.
System Maintenance
- Provide support on HR Ecosystem related issues experienced by users.
- Maintains quality and consistency of data of our HR Information Systems and other employees related systems
- Troubleshoots, analyses, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
- Provide timely updates on systems related and escalate on systems risks.
- Runs scheduled reports and creates reports as needed.
Vendor Management
- Coordinates and collaborates with vendor in resolving system problems and enhancement request.
- Manage and maintain good working relationship with different vendors.
- Keep abreast of new releases and updates of the systems, propose enhancements and roll-out for stakeholders.
Others
- Participate in HR Systems projects and initiatives.
- Participate in HR activities and events.
- Any ad-hoc assignments on a need basis.
PREREQUISITES
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
