Showroom Sales

Responsibilities:


### Customer Interaction

1. *Greeting Customers*: Welcome customers warmly and assist them in the showroom.

2. *Understanding Needs*: Listen to customer requirements and preferences to suggest suitable products.

3. *Providing Information*: Explain product features, customization options, and pricing.

4. *Demonstrations*: Show customers samples and demonstrate how products work (e.g., operating blinds).


### Sales Process

1. *Sales Presentation*: Present products in an appealing way to encourage sales.

2. *Quotation and Pricing*: Provide accurate quotations and discuss pricing details.

3. *Order Processing*: Assist customers in placing orders, including customization details.

4. *Payment Handling*: Manage transactions, including payments and receipts.


### Product Knowledge

1. *Product Expertise*: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, materials, and customization options.

2. *Trend Awareness*: Stay updated on the latest trends in home décor and design.


### Showroom Maintenance

1. *Display Management*: Ensure that products are displayed attractively and the showroom is well-organized.

2. *Inventory Control*: Keep track of stock levels and report low inventory.

3. *Cleanliness*: Maintain a clean and inviting showroom environment.


### Customer Service

1. *After-Sales Support*: Provide excellent after-sales service, addressing any customer issues or concerns.

2. *Follow-Up*: Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.


### Administrative Duties

1. *Record Keeping*: Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.

2. *Reporting*: Prepare regular sales reports for management review.


### Marketing and Promotion

1. *Promotional Activities*: Participate in promotional events and activities to attract more customers.

2. *Feedback Collection*: Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.


### Coordination and Collaboration

1. *Teamwork*: Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

2. *Vendor Relations*: Coordinate with suppliers for timely product availability.


These responsibilities ensure that showroom sales representatives provide excellent service to customers, maintain a well-organized showroom, and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:


- Minimum ‘O’ levels graduate

- Able to work in retail environment

- Possess basic computer knowledge

- Prior sales working experience is preferred
