We are looking for 2 responsible and highly independent worker to be trained as part of our leadership team for our portfolio of properties in United States of America.
This is a position with extended assignment on location in Georgia, USA.
Responsibilities
· Evaluates repairs and maintenance needs of upfrnt properties.
· Carries out all repairs and maintenance works required.
· Escalate issues he/she is unable to resolve and ensure prompt follow up to resolve all cases.
· Ensure all cases are completed promptly
· Perform work in a safe manner in accordance with safety policies.
· Perform work and conduct himself in accordance with company’s code of conduct.
· Perform data and administrative tasks required during and after works are completed.
· Ensure total customer satisfaction.
· Attends to emergency and urgent repair requirements.
· Supports property management activities, which may include showings.
· Response to enquiries, updates records
. Train and guide junior technicians in repairs and maintenance protocols.
Requirements
. Experience or proven ability in doing minor renovation and repairs for residential properties.
. Well verse in MS Office
. Valid class 3 driving licence
. Ability to communicate fluently in English
. Willing to relocate to USA for medium term assignment.
. Willing to work in an outdoor environment.
