Responsibilities
- Motivate the current team morales (including sales and operation)
- Initiate and drive sales growth through the development and execution of sales strategies.
- Develop and implement robust sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Implement business strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business activities.
- Implement best practices/continuous improvement to enhance operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
- Mediate the discussion between the consultants and clients and finalise a win-win solution.
- Manage the company budget, ensuring profitability, optimizing resource allocation
- Monitor financial performance, identifying and addressing any variances to the budget.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Reports to CEO, founder of agency.
Skills and Requirements
The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Recruitment or headhunting experience is preferred
- Previous 10-15 years sales and/or business development
- Track record of building a regional business from scratch
- Prior 5 years in General Management is a must
- Experience hiring and managing teams of people
- P&L and Budget Management experience is a must
- Experience working in an international start-up
- Hands-on mentality, with a willingness to build all aspects of the business (Sales, Marketing, Operations etc)
- Personable and approachable mind-set and high energy
- Entrepreneurial flair, self-starter and problem-solver
- A strong builder, hungry for success and growth
- Ability to adapt global strategy to local market
- Fluent English speaker
