Responsibilities
● Source corporate sales leads in Singapore and beyond
● Manage the client buying journey from start to finish including but not limited to educating potential clients about our unique selling points and providing customized footwear solutions if needed
● Meet or exceed the monthly sales target
● Maintain client relationships and provide top-notch after-sales service
● Keep CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, pipeline data so that we can keep improving our sales process
● Work with cross functional teams closely to ensure a high customer satisfaction level
Requirements
● 1-3 year’s sales or business development experience in a consumer product company
● Passionate about Sunnystep’s products and mission
● Be extremely proactive
● Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
● Able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
