Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain OutSystems applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment
- Lead and mentor a team of offshore developers to deliver the assigned User Stories / tasks
- Ability to perform Code Review and provide technical guidance to junior developers
- Perform integration testing with the relevant stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on task progress / concerns to the Project Manager / Business Analyst
Requirement
- A degree in IT / Computer Science
- At least 3 years of OutSystems development experience
- Able to speak and write well in English for easier communication with the project team and lead a team of offshore developers from Vietnam and Myanmar.
- Passionate, Team Player and willingness to learn.
- Have experience in full SDLC from end to end with a strong database design knowledge.
- Experience in OutSystems DevOps or Tech Lead will be an added advantage.
