Job Description & Requirements
- To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act
- To supervise the timely execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, allocated timeframe, all other contract documents, and site instructions.
- To check all drawings and specifications to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans for discrepancies and report to the Superintending Officer / Consultant / Qualified Person.
- Check as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manual submitted by contractor.
- To check on quality of materials and samples delivered to site and report to Superintending Officer / Consultant / Qualified Person on any materials that are not conforming to the specifications.
- To review,evaluate and assess the monitoring of instrumentation and interpretation of the results and provide analytical results/presentations.
- To attend site and technical coordination meetings.

- To conduct inspection for architectural works, M&E works, all building materials used and workmanship. Submitted by contractors and maintain proper records.
- To ensure that the required construction tests in connection with the construction works are carried out where necessary.
- Monitor progress of the work on site and prepare reports related to project work status, site issues, progress, and recommendations for improvements

- Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by Project Manager/Consultant/Employer

- Update contractor's work progress on site and highlight the site discrepancies.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Environmental disciplines or any related Certificate
- At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience in drainage or dredging project work supervision.
- As RTO Accredited by IES/ACES
- Familiar with local codes and regulations
- Have experience in supervising and installation of monitoring instruments, collating of monitoring data and use of software for presentation of monitoring data for analysis and interpretation.
