Reporting to Director, Corporate Services, we are looking for a candidate to support senior management in strategic planning, resource management and overseeing the day-to-day running of the division. You will be supervising a team of corporate colleagues in the involvement of Human Resource and Finance functions, Talent development and Career Planning, Procurement support and managing regular reporting to HQ as well as leading all projects/events initiated by the Institute. This involves working closely with the core management team in managing the Institute overall budget and resources, liaising with the stakeholders in staff recruitment, talent retention, staff discipline and appraisal management. Ensures timely and accurate reporting and meeting all the requests from Head Office as well as taking the lead in planning and executing all key events.
A self-starter, problem solver and matured individual who can work independently with minimum or no supervision. Some HR related experiences will be preferred with strong interpersonal skill to work with all levels of colleagues. Responsible in guiding and providing mentorship to the team towards achieving optimal results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experiences preferably in HR and resource management
- Resourceful and result oriented
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Effective communicator and a people person
- Organised, meticulous and detail-oriented
