- Basic Salary: $4500 - $6000
Job Responsibilities
Corporate Recruitment:
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding recruitment targets for company-sponsored students - Academy programmes, including degrees offered by its partner universities
- Plan and review on monthly targets
- Work with the support from marketing to plan and outreach to new corporate partners with the objective of student recruitment
- Maintain relationships with existing corporate clients to maintain instream enrolments of students from these companies
- Plan and lead initiatives that serve to engage and increase student recruitment with corporate partners
- Work within the budget allocated
Corporate Partnerships:
- Build on new/existing partnerships that create or add value to the marketing and recruitment efforts of the Academy
- Create partnerships that offer Academy an alternative source of student recruitment through exclusive deals to the members of the partners
- Outreach and nurture relationships with partners
Others:
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or its equivalent
- 5-8 years of related experience
- Excellent sales, integrated marketing and project management experience
- Ability to multi-task with high level of initiative and sound business acumen
- Independent and dynamic personality
- Fluent in suite of Microsoft Office applications
- Able to commit to supporting and/or leading events in the evenings and weekends when required. (not extensive)
