- Develop and maintain PEGA applications to support business processes and requirements.
- Implement Pega Case Management solutions to streamline and automate workflows.
- Integrate PEGA applications with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PEGA applications and integrations.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance. - Develop and maintain documentation for PEGA applications, including design specifications and user guides.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest PEGA features and industry trends to continuously improve our systems.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Have 2 to 5 years of experience working with PEGA, Pega Case Management, and Pega Integration.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
