Marketing Manager

Aletheia Security Management Pte. Ltd.

Aletheia Security Management is seeking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with strong leadership skills.


Specific Responsibilities:

1. Able to bring the unique selling proposition by defining what sets the company's security service apart from the competitiors in the market by being able to continuously allow customers to know about the company's brand message that communicates trust, reliability and safety which will be able to reflect on the company's value and mission.

2. Optimize search engines to promote the company while consistently developing high-quality content and post for the website and social media platforms. Trainee will also be able to learn how to engage with audiences on social media platforms by sharing informative content, success stories and updates as well as developing targeted email campaigns to nurture leads to keep customers updated about the new services and promotions.

3. Use Googles ads, social media ads and retargeting campaigns to reach out to a broader audience about the company's services. Trainee will also be able to help to company participate in industry events and community events to increase visibility of the company.

4. Provide excellent customer service to build and develop long term relationships while implementing some loyalty programmes to reward and retain repeated customers while encouraging and taking customer feedback to continuously improve services.

5. Issue press releases about the company news, services and achievement by building relationships with industry journalists and influencers to keep the public aware and updated in regards to the company.

6. Learn how to form alliances with complementary businessess to expand the reach while developing programs that incentivize customers and partners to refer new customers.

7. Learn how to track metrics such as lead generation, conversion rate, customer acquisition costs and ROI by using tools like Google Analytics while regularly review the performance and adjust the marketing strategies and tactics accordingly.
