Job Description:
- Manage full set of accounts [AP / AR / GL], including monthly / quarterly / yearly closing.
- Ensure proper internal control of workflow processes.
- Prepare and reconcile cash flow reports daily / weekly.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation and GST Reports.
- Assist in Government Grant reporting.
- Hand statutory audit compliance and maintain audit schedules.
- Coordinate with Purchase Department on PO / PRO.
- Coordinate with Sales Department on SP / SRO.
- Ensure timely closure of AR and AP modules.
- Review payments to suppliers.
- Review tax filings and collaborate with tax agents.
- Execute credit control and monitor AR collection.
- Perform HR / Administrative matters.
- Process monthly payroll.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Min. 3 years of accounting and HR working experience.
- Proficient in Navision System.
