About BELLS:
Join BELLS in our initiative to upskill our learners with necessary tech skills and help them transition into tech careers.
We are the SSG-appointed training provider for CET courses in the Infocomm Tech sector. We conduct SCTP courses (https://bells.sg/sctp/) with employability facilitation support.
You will be an integral part of BELLS' Employability Drive via Career Coaching.
Key Responsibilities
1. Career Coaching for SCTP Learners:
· Provide 1-to-1 career counselling for our selected learners in BELLS' long courses.
· Offer career tips and guidance to our learners.
· Provide motivation and encouragement in their transformational journeys.
· Act as the accountability manager in their job search and track their progress.
2. Career Facilitation Support:
· Collaborate with program managers to seek and place learners into employment via our employability partners or other sources.
3. Career Advisory for New Learners:
· Conduct short counseling sessions for participants at roadshows.
· Recommend suitable courses for participants' upskilling.
4. Participate in Development of In-house Coaching System:
· Develop and manage the in-house system to streamline the coaching process (scheduling, goal-setting, session records, resource library).
Requirements:
1. Passionate about helping learners increase their employability and find jobs.
2. Experience in coaching is a plus.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication abilities, and the ability to relate to both mature and younger workers.
4. Organized and self-initiated.
5. Result-oriented.
