JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage a team and ensuring that quality service is provided
- Training of staff and ensuring the team is updated on latest regulatory requirements
- Review of work performed and work processes
- Advise clients on the business compliance and requirements
- Provide good client service
- Engage and maintain good client relationship with existing and potential clients
- Meet prospective clients and prepare fee proposals
- Oversee credit control and prompt debt recovery
- Involved in end-to-end corporate secretarial functions from formation of entities to company strike off process
- Ensure that due diligence and compliance is performed
- Ensure that statutory and regulatory requirements are met
- Liaise with auditors, accountants and other relevant stakeholders
- Other corporate or ad-hoc duties when necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma holder
- SAICSA qualification will be advantageous
- At least 6 years of experience in a Corporate Secretarial firm
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position in a Corporate Secretarial firm
- Good working knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act
- High professional integrity
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and self-driven
- Able to provide quality work within deadline
- Attention to fine detail
- Must be able to work independently and interpedently
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
