The client is a renowned energy company with regional offices across APAC. Exciting times for the organization as they are expanding their Singapore presence and looking for an enterprising Contracts specialist to spearhead their contracts management expertise.
Responsibility
This is a first hire for the Singapore office to manage the execution of contracts related to sales and purchase of their products and other contractual needs for the transaction.
There would be substantial documentation (KYC, risk management etc) and managing of contracts database required. Rest assured support is provided in the form of engaging and collaborating with external law firms to ensure contractual risk is mitigated.
Requirements
A diploma/degree in legal studies or anything related would be preferred. More importantly, the candidate has hands on experience handling contracts and documentation related to trading, sales and pruchase of oil/gas/LNG products. You ideally bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in this field and would like to take on a step up role to spearhead the contract management framework.
