Key Responsibilities:
- Support Project Manager with project scope, impact assessments, and documentation.
- Ensure design aligns with data flow strategy.
- Gather and review stakeholder requirements with the team.
- Partner in design processes to align business solutions with strategy.
- Develop testing strategies and scripts; document data flow and design.
- Assist with presentation preparation and manage application details.
- Support users with system queries and daily activities.
- Contribute to cost management and IT migration projects.
- Manage product backlog for SSB Operations.
- Support annual campaigns like CNY Pop-Up for ATMs.
- Drive efficiency improvements and represent SSB operations.
- Develop and manage communication for project changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business, IT, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
