Job Summary
This is a position in Front Desk Department where you will be assisting guests while guests are staying in the hotel. You will also have a opportunity in other departments.
Roles and Competencies to learn:
Front Desk Operations :
- Performs check-ins and check-outs.
- Ensure all reservations are entered in timely and accurate manner.
- Handles guests enquires and complaints.
- Attend to customer's need and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on email enquiries.
- To work closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance Department
- To carry out our duties and responsibilities assigned.
- This role will report to the Hotel Manager.
Housekeeping Operations :
- Amenities stock taking
- Checking of room cleanliness
Qualification :
- Diploma / Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Effective oral and written English communication skills
