Job Details / Job Description:
1) Internet Banking Testing - To assist in user acceptance testing for Internet Banking Application
2) Mobile Banking Testing - To assist in user acceptance testing for Banking Mobile Application.
3) ICH Testing - To assist in user acceptance testing for Integrated Multi-Channel Host.
4) Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
5) Perform manual testing for functional testing and regression testing.
6) Track and monitor testing progress and defect resolution.
7) Provide regular test progress to Team lead.
8) Assist in admin work like data update and other adhoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.
9) Must be able to commit overtime on weekdays and sometimes on weekends.
10)Job rotations may be required for this role
Duties:
· Work closely with User Acceptance Testing Team Lead to ensure requirements and scope are clearly understood.
· Conduct UAT testing for business deliverables including new markets or products, application decommissions, operational improvements, and industry-driven regulatory changes.
· Assist Test Lead to track UAT issues, and publish daily EOD test status.
· Perform end to end testing with full understanding of the Business Requirements and Functional Specs.
· Communicate to UAT Team Lead on open issues and defects, run book execution progress, and risks.
· Ensure UAT artifacts and sign-offs are saved as the UAT audit trail.
· Able to understand business requirements/functional requirements and translate them into test cases.
· Able to execute test scripts, raise defects in tracking system (e.g. Jira) and follow through on defect resolution
· Able to collaborate with business and technology team to Ensure effective end to end testing.
