Brand : Kapa Design is a leading firm in the architecture and interior design industry, renowned for our innovative designs and exceptional client service. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in our business.


Job Summary:


The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture and interior design, with a strong understanding of industry trends and client needs in the Singapore market.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities:


Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities within the architecture and interior design industry in Singapore.

Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's market presence.

Client Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Proposal and Contract Management:


Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to potential clients.

Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Market Research and Analysis:


Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.

Collaboration and Coordination:


Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client expectations are met.

Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new business.

Sales and Revenue Growth:


Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Monitor sales performance and report regularly to senior management.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in D&B Landed, sales, or a related role within the architecture and interior design industry.

Strong understanding of architecture and interior design principles, trends, and client needs, particularly in the Singapore market.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:


Established network of contacts within the architecture and interior design industry in Singapore.

Experience with project management and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
