Job Scope:
Main duties but limited to the following
- To provide comprehensive support for Bancassurance desk’s pre and direct sales operations. This role includes preparing and submitting insurance applications and related follow-up forms, managing data entry and offering general administrative support to ensure seamless operations.
- To possess experience in insurance sales tracking, basic insurance product knowledge especially in Universal life is preferable but not mandatory.
- Support and preparation of paperwork and administration.
- Responsible for the submission of the insurance application and all follow up forms with the insurer.
- To ensure that sales literatures, application forms and peripherals are adequately stocked up for the smooth running of the unit.
- Do photocopying, scanning and filing of sales documentation.
- To work with case manager to liaise with insurers on a daily basis for case submission, servicing and follow-up.
- Assist in delivery and collection of documents from insurers.
- To assist Banca head on general administrative matters, presentation slides creation and ad-hoc matters.
- Assist in generation and preparation of financing tables.
- Assist in any other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree in Finance/Banking/Business or related discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate well with internal and counter party
