Opportunity to join a global leader in the professional services industry as AR & Billing Manager.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Working Capital Management, you will work independently in overseeing the billing, collections, profitability analysis and reporting for a portfolio of clients in Singapore and ASEAN. You will be a key business partner to the commercial department and liaise closely the client finance teams in managing the end-to-end cycle of all consulting projects.
Your responsibilities include monthly billing and collections forecasts, advising on cross border transactions and potential tax implications, monitoring of ageing balances, understanding of WIP and debtor balances, preparation of detailed client billing schedules, managing and reporting of debtor balance for clients. You will also support the commercial leaders in weekly updates on status of fees and debts as well as providing commercial support via pricing and client profitability analysis.
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in billing and collections within an MNC environment
- Prior exposure within a professional services/consulting environment will be ideal
- Prior analysis exposure – eg. client profitability analysis, pricing analysis will be an advantage
- Strong excel skills
- Ability to be hands-on and strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential
