Panasonic Information Systems Company Asia Pacific (PISCAP) is an IT solutions partner which provides IT Professional Services to 63 Panasonic Group companies in APAC Region, comprising of 7 Main Business Lines. PISCAP is an integral part of Panasonic Transformation journey. It is responsible for IT Leadership, Portfolio Management, Solutions Delivery and IT Operations with its Centre of Excellence in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. By leveraging on Panasonic’s merit of scale, PISCAP innovates and generate sustained value to the APAC business group.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Portfolio Manager in portfolio/project schedule management, time management, and overall project coordination throughout the IT project implementation lifecycle.
  • Digitization via PBI, Pivot, RPA, etc to drive clarity on priorities & actionability
  • Provide comprehensive project reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Follow up on pending items with various teams to ensure project progress and timely completion.
  • Manage project schedules, identify potential risks or delays, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Handle project administration tasks, including the renewal of customer/vendor contracts and management of project profit and loss (P/L).



REQUIREMENTS:


Education:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Portfolio/Project Coordinator or similar role in IT project management.
  • Experience in managing project schedules and providing detailed project reports.
  • Experience in contract management and project P/L administration is a plus.


Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) would be ideal.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow up effectively and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Resourceful


Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with IT project implementation methodologies and best practices.
  • Understanding of project lifecycle stages.
  • Knowledge of risk management and escalation procedures.


Personal Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.


Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.



Work Arrangement: Hybrid, at least 3 days onsite, 5 days week

Office: Bedok, near MRT
