Role and Responsibilities:
- Determining the confidentiality, integrity, quality, technical, health and safety aspect of the company.
- When necessary, updating of test methods and working instructions.
- Identifying and developing new areas of work and the corresponding test equipment required.
- Highlighting unusual results and referring them for further investigation.
- The interpretation of standards in accordance with operating manual.
- Supervising all work related to the section(s).
- Training and supervising all staff in the section(s).
- To conduct internal audits.
- Ensuring that all equipment in the section(s) are calibrated in compliance to schedule.
- Ensuring that the requirements of SAC-SINGLAS are met
Requirement:
- Minimum Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Process Technology, Chemical Engineering, Science, or equivalent with at least 3 years related laboratory experience.
- Experienced with method-related tasks
- Possesses SAC Singlas signatory experience
- Interacts with operational personnel, scientific personnel, and department management.
- Optional but with preference, 1 year of team management/leadership skills
- Night shift allowance will be provided.
