Job Description:


Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department and drive the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs that align with our company's goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of HR, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and compliance.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Oversee performance management processes and facilitate professional development and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Develop and maintain a competitive and fair compensation and benefits program.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
  • Partner with department managers to address staffing needs and provide HR support.
  • Handle confidential HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry, with a deep understanding of its unique HR challenges and requirements
