Job Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Attraction, Development & Awards (TADA) team in various activities, including recruitment and administrative tasks such as interview scheduling and coordination.
- Ensure efficient and effective departmental operations.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of recruitment collateral and supplies.
- Conduct regular stock takes and manage the procurement of inventory as needed.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of records and databases.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-driven and independent worker with strong prioritization skills.
- Meticulous and resourceful.
