Job Description
• Supporting restaurant management in overseeing daily operations
• Hands-on in providing an effective, efficient and personalized service to our customers.
• Ensure service excellent is maintained at all times and investigate the cause of customer complaints and take remedial actions
• Conduct training and educate new staff on restaurant operations.
Requirements :
-Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
-Well spoken and service orientated
-Shift, weekend and PH work required
-2 Off days a week
