Project Overview:This role focuses on developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the customer base, increase revenue, and solidify the company's position as a market leader.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Growth:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in emerging markets and customer segments to drive company-wide expansion.
  • Conduct thorough market research and gather competitive intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and market penetration.

Account Management & Expansion:

  • Foster strong relationships with existing customers to identify cross-selling opportunities and increase sales of additional products and services.
  • Collaborate with account managers to develop customized proposals that address specific customer needs and highlight the unique value proposition of our offerings.

Sales Leadership & Coaching:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct effective sales training and mentorship programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

Deal Negotiation & Closing:

  • Lead complex sales negotiations with clients, securing agreements on contracts and terms that are favorable to the company.
  • Close deals successfully and ensure timely contract execution.

Sales Performance & Analysis:

  • Track and analyze key sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and feedback to senior management on market trends, competitor activity, and overall sales performance.

Deliverables:

  • Develop and implement a winning sales strategy that drives significant and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Secure new business opportunities in untapped markets and customer segments, expanding the company's reach.
  • Increase sales of existing products and services through strategic account management and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Build a strong and successful sales team through effective leadership, coaching, and talent development.
  • Provide valuable insights and data-driven analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales strategy development and execution.
  • Strong experience in business development and account management.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Superior negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret key sales metrics.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to provide actionable insights to senior management.
