Immediate Hiring for Adobe Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities:
· Implement and configure Adobe Analytics to meet business requirements and objectives.
· Collaborate with development and marketing teams to define key metrics, goals, and tracking requirements.
· Design and develop custom tracking solutions using JavaScript, Adobe Launch, and other relevant technologies.
· Create and maintain detailed documentation for analytics implementation and tracking.
· Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all digital properties.
· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
· Conduct regular audits and troubleshooting of analytics implementations to ensure data integrity.
· Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of Adobe Analytics tools and best practices.
· Analyze and interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for improving digital performance and user experience.
· Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in web analytics and digital marketing technologies.
· Execute custom import and export jobs on the Adobe Analytics platform.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· At least 3 years of experience working with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch.
· Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for implementing and customizing analytics solutions.
· Strong understanding of web analytics concepts and best practices.
· Experience with data layer implementation and tag management systems.
· Ability to create and interpret complex data reports and dashboards.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Experience with A/B testing and personalization tools is a plus.
· Knowledge of additional web analytics tools such as Google Analytics is desirable.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Certification in Adobe Analytics or Adobe Launch.
· Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) integration.
· Familiarity with SQL and database management.
· Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
· Experience with mobile app analytics and tracking.
