Our client, a well-established firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate Secretarial Manager/Assistant Manager as part of their growth plan.
Job Responsibilities:
-Provide mentorship and guidance to the junior members on team
-Preparation of the board committee meeting’s minutes and other Corporate secretarial duties
-Ensure that work is followed-up in a timely manner in accordance to the timeline
-Meet prospective clients and prepare preparation of fee proposals
-Oversee daily operations of the team
-Involved in new projects and assignments
Job Requirements:
-Possess 6 to 8 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field and from professional corporate service providers is preferred
-ICSA qualified Chartered Secretary is of an advantage
-Excellent client servicing skills and strong problem solving skills
-Extensive knowledge of Companies Act and Code of Corporate Governance
-Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines
-Able to train, lead and motivate a team of professional staff
