Work you will do
You will work with our practice leaders and professional consultants as a team to solve complex business problems and deliver high quality solutions to our clients on areas including but not limited to:
· Traditional actuarial engagements, including valuations and pricing
· Actuarial transformation, including but not limited to target operating model design and process re-engineering
· Prophet model development and optimization
· Implementation of IFRS 17 from both a technical and non-technical actuarial standpoint
· Risk management
· Mergers & Acquisitions
· Actuarial audits
· Support senior leaders with business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities and generating proposals
Enough about us, let's talk about you
If you are someone with:
· Bachelor degree or above with strong academic credentials
· Qualified or committed to obtaining fellowship qualification of an internationally recognized actuarial organization is encouraged.
· Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant insurance and/or actuarial experience in life and general Financial Industry markets.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, be self-motivated, and be able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight project timelines.
- Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented.
- Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.
