Responsibilities:
- Review account documents submitted by RM
- Ensure accounts are opened in the systems
- Ensure document deficiencies are accurately tracked and escalated
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of amendments on the accounts
- Ensure quality service is provided to internal clients (RM & Assistant RM)
- Support other departments in various activities
Requirements:
- Degree with at least 3 years relevant experience in client onboarding documentations within PB sector
