Combining a social club, co-working space, and an evolving calendar of events including discussions, parties, DJ nights, wellness sessions, and corporate launches, we create catalytic moments that stimulate both the intellect and the senses.The Digital Marketing Manager is a creative and collaborative individual responsible for developing and producing engaging content spanning geopolitics, social issues, culture, art, food and drink, design, and member spotlights, with the aim of driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth.


Responsibilities:

Membership:

● Manage highly sensitive membership data.

● Touring prospective members and overseas visitors around the club.

● Act as the point person for data entry for new members across systems used by club - profile forms, credit card authorisation forms and member on boarding.

● Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

● Manage admin for member terminations, suspensions

● Develop and maintain the company & corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage.

● With support of Membership Directors, lead some smaller member community events and support the membership team where necessary on other club wide community events.


Bardo

● Managing Bardo Tenants & Community Building

● Manage enquiries and arranging tours for prospective tenants.

● Setting up Bardo contracts and sending out rental invoices to Bardo tenants (liaising with finance team).

● Community building:- Idea generation and community event organization. Coming up with innovative ways to bring the Bardo community together, including monthly events and mixers

● Monthly reporting on Bardo enquiries, desk rental and community events.

● Ensuring daily cleanliness and maintenance of Bardo-reception, meeting rooms and pantry.

● Performing add-on services for Bardo tenants (local and international couriers, adhoc requests etc)

● Scanning of letters for virtual office tenants.

● Ensuring pantry snacks & stationary are well-stocked at all times.

● Membership/Bardo marketing collateral - coming up with innovative ways of promoting the Bardo space & community initiatives.


Job Requirements:

● Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English

● A “can and will do” attitude

● Good team player

● Able to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines

● Thorough and meticulous with attention to detail.

● Self-starter - highly driven and motivated

● Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.

● Reliable – punctuality, being there for the team, etc.

● High EQ and good social skills – able to connect with different people in different ways

● Good time management

● Independent learner

● Willingness to go beyond the call of duty to get the job done.
