Responsibilities:
- Providing application maintenance support on the developed application
- Develop code for new modules and enhancements. Work closely with the BA / Project manager in understanding the functional and system requirements.
- Engage users to implement change request, enhancements or refinements based on changes in client requirements and timeline agreed upon with users
- Document technical specifications.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Programming, Information Technology or related studies.
- At least 1 to 2 years hands-on experience in web based application development using Java/.NET, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Visual Studio.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of fundamentals of requirements specification, software design, coding, and testing of web based application.
- Possesses good skillset in logical deduction in issue isolation and root cause analysis
- Good working knowledge of SAAS / Cloud applications will be a strong advantageous.
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to work overtime / after regular hours during critical support period.
- Be able to support weekend deployment as and when needed.
