What you'll do:
As a Marketing Analytics Analyst, your role will be pivotal in driving insights for our client's streaming businesses. You will actively partner with the global marketing analytics team to launch product marketing reporting in APAC countries. Your keen understanding of the digital marketing landscape will enable you to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams on various initiatives. You will also work closely with other analytics, data engineering and marketing technology teams to identify innovative solutions. Your ability to deliver insightful dashboards and visualisations will support the wider marketing teams in their strategies.
- Launch product marketing reporting in APAC countries utilizing the existing global measurement framework
- Partner with internal biddable buying and external ad agencies on taxonomy implementation, reporting recommendations, and troubleshooting process enhancements for paid media campaigns
- Collaborate with other analytics, data engineering and marketing technology teams to identify innovative solutions
- Deliver insightful dashboards and visualizations to meet marketing stakeholders' needs
- Support cross departmental core metrics and data dependencies with leadership visibility
- Serve as a subject matter expert of marketing data pipelines
- Advance automation efforts that help the team spend less time validating data, and more time analyzing it
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Marketing Analytics Analyst role brings a wealth of skills and experience. With qualifications in a quantitative field or Marketing, you are able to support regionally based teams from different time-zones. Your 3+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence or analytics have equipped you with proficiency in building reports and dashboards using BI tools like Looker or Tableau. Your understanding of SQL and digital marketing technologies will be crucial in this role. Your ability to independently guide projects forward and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously will be highly valued.
- Qualified in a quantitative field of study (Mathematics, Statistics) or Marketing
- Ability to support regionally based teams from a time-zone perspective
- 3+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence and/or analytics, preferable in a media or marketing capacity
- Proficiency in building reports and dashboards with BI tools (such as Looker or Tableau)
- Understanding of SQL, including experience in data mining and developing semantic layers in data warehouses (Snowflake, Big Query)
- Understanding of digital marketing, social, and advertising technologies, such as Google Marketing Platform, Google Ad Manager, Social Ad Managers, AppsFlyer
- Ability to guide projects forward independently and manage multiple deliverables and time constraints simultaneously
