Responsibilities:
- Assist in payroll preparation and processing, including verifying attendance, overtime payments, and resignations.
- Ensure accurate computation and payroll processing.
- Check and process invoices submitted by outsourced agencies.
- Handle employees' queries on payroll-related matters.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the HR and Admin functions and duties.
- Provide administrative support to the department.
- Submission and monitoring of statutory claims such as NS make-up pay and government-paid leave.
- Prepare and generate payroll-related reports.
- Ensure compliance with HR Policies and Procedures, adhering to local statutory and audit requirements.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Specifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Good knowledge of and familiarity with the Employment Act and MOM law.
- Meticulous, detailed, well-organized, able to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels.
- Familiarity with TimeSoft is preferred.
- Effective team player with a positive attitude and initiative.
