Responsibilities:
- Prepare and handle all custom declaration (ICA, MPA & NEA) and permit for in/out clearance
- Arrangement for Tugs & Barges schedules
- Prepare required document and renewal of tug & barge certificate
- Apply/Renewal of work permit and others documents related to crews
- Arrange courses for Operation & crews staff (CSOC, SIC, etc.)
- Keep track & monitoring of tug & barge maintenance
- Maintain good rapport with clients
- Manage and update clients and sales data
- Carry out sales call to existing and prospective clients
- Calculates pricing, prepare quotations and arrange invoices
- Familiar with international and Singapore Maritime regulations and requirements
- Assist for crewing daily operations
- Carry out other ad hoc duties assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Computer literate
- Able to work independently, have a good attitude and willing to learn and take on duties as assigned
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal skills and good co-ordination skills
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- 5.5 days work (Alt Sat)
