As the Marketing and Communications Manager for S&techs, a leading reginonal Main Contractor, you will be responsible for our cross-market and cross-departmenet initiatives - from strategy and programme development to execution. You will collaborate with our Hong Kong and Singapore teams to plan and produce content that strengthens S&techs' brand across all media channels, invluding digital platforms, traditional media, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication plans to enhance S&techs' brand and service profiles.
- Work closely with business functions to understand business goals and align marketing strategies.
- Create compelling marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations. eDMs, and newsletters.
- Manage and produce content across all media channels - both owned and paid - including social media and website.
- Drive Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts (onsite and offsite) and manage the company's website; analyse performance metrics to improve traffice and engagement. Propose Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies, where needed.
- Lead public relations efforts, inclusing media relations and press material development - covering project-related stories, thought leadership, and corporate updates.
- Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, making date-driven adjustments for improved effectiveness.
- Drive internal communications programmes.
- Maintain relationships through direct engagement with external stakeholders, inclusing suppliers and project management partners; stay current on industry trends.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations or Marketing.
- Mininum of 10 years of experience in marketing communications, with expertise from strategy development to execution.
- Proven ablility to provide timely communications counsel to stakeholders.
- Established relationships with relevant media and trade networks.
- Proven experience in the architecture & design, construction and real estate industries.
- Successful track record in B2B and corporate marketing.
- Experience in brand marketing and regional work is a plus.
- Exceptional writeen and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling thought leadership content.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Ablility to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while indepently executing marketing programs.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and results-driven.
- Execellent command of English and Cantonese (written and verbal) is required, as the role involves liaising with associates in Hong Kong and assisting in content translation of marketing materilas. Mandarin is a plus.
