- MarketingConceptualize, develop, and execute all marketing and communication strategies to ensure overall brand objectives are achieved with the objective of maximizing company revenue, maintaining and growing the brand value
- Develop and direct all marketing and advertising communication collaterals, websites, newsletters, social media, exhibitions, and press releases.
Liaise with advertising agency, internal and external partners on all ATL, BTL - Ensure brand positioning and guidelines are reflected in the execution of all marketing activities
- Lead, manage and deliver exhibitions and public relations
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify market requirements for current and future products.
- Manage online communication program and website content
- Monitor all marketing expenses and ROI for the marketing department
- Work closely with sales team to understand requirements and to ultimately work together to meet sales targets.
- To managed contractors relating to marketing activities
- To manage visits from clients
- Business DevelopmentTo develop a territory as designated
To meet pre-determined sales target in the designated region
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree preferably in Business / Marketing / Mass Communication or related discipline
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
Proven flair for strong creative design and copywriting skills - Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet given deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills and team-work spirit with the ability to work with colleagues across different functions and levels
- Driven, organized, meticulous and resourceful
- Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity
