Sales Admin Assistant (Marine Industry)
- Penjuru (Transport Pickup Provided at: Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Bishan & Serangoon)
- Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Saturday half day depends on order)
- Salary Range: $2,000 - $3,500
The successful candidate will assist the business development team in daily sales operations to support the company's cyber-security business growth in Singapore and the APAC region.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Delivery Orders in the internal accounting system.
- Track sales and project metrics.
- Support the finance team with invoicing information.
- Monitor project license and maintenance dates and remind customers of renewal deadlines.
- Maintain and optimize sales processes, including CRM data management, knowledge base, and document repository.
- Execute sales campaigns as directed by the Business Development team.
- Assist with customer inquiries, including supplier liaison and follow-ups, to enhance knowledge of the company's offerings.
Requirements
- Diploma in business or marketing disciplines (or graduates from related fields).
- Comfortable with medium-complexity calculations and proficient in Excel formulas (training available).
- Proficient in office productivity software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
