Responsibilities
· Software development on x86 and embedded systems, with focus on Linux-based platforms.
· Experience in Linux BSP and Yocto Project for embedded platforms development
· Hardware platform bring-up and low-level debugging.
· Linux kernel and application programming, device driver development on ARM-based architectures.
· Bootloader configuration and customization, preferably U-Boot.
· Root file system, and device tree customizationfor SoC platforms.
· Writing and maintaining Makefiles for building software projects.
· Perform Python, Bash, Perl scripting and UI development for testing and automation.
· Strong embedded C/C++ programming skills.
Requirements
· Degree Holder in Computer Engineering or Information Technology
· Min 5 years of relevant experience in software development
· Experience in Linux BSP and Yocto Project for embedded platforms development
· Proficiency in Linux kernel and application programming, device driver development on ARM-based architectures.
· Proficiency in Python, Bash, Perl scripting and UI development for testing and automation.
· Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
· Experience with real-time operating system, FreeRTOS
· Working knowledge of YAML and JSON configuration formats.
Additional Requirements a plus
- Knowledge of SoC architectures, Versal ACAP, Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoCs
- Hands-on experience with development tools Eg. Vivado, Vitis and Petalinux.
