Lead CBRE's Digital Domination Across APAC & MENAT
CBRE is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to spearhead our Digital Marketing & Communications across the APAC & MENAT region. As the Head of Digital, Director, APAC & MENAT, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth for CBRE in APAC & MENAT region.
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a data-driven digital roadmap for the APAC & MENAT region, aligned with CBRE's overall global business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies specific to the APAC & MENAT region.
- Identify and implement new digital marketing technologies and strategies to enhance the client experience and achieve regional business goals.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals across the APAC & MENAT region.
- Empower team members to work independently on project-based tasks, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the APAC & MENAT digital team.
Regional Oversight:
- Oversee all aspects of CBRE's digital presence in APAC & MENAT, including regional and country-specific websites, and social media channels
- Partner with key stakeholders across the APAC & MENAT region, including, but not limited to Marketing, Research, and Business development teams, to ensure digital initiatives are aligned with regional and local needs.
- Develop and manage the regional digital budget, optimizing resources across various APAC & MENAT markets.
Content & Digital Channels:
- Leading the content strategy execution through digital channels by elevating and expanding our digital marketing approach, including managing the regional editorial calendar to ensure a pipeline of content aligned to strategic priorities.
- Planning, measuring and managing digital marketing campaigns in line with the firm's business priorities, including implementing SEO, SEM and PPC strategies for lead generation, tracking performance via Google Analytics metrics and providing reports.
- Managing the firm’s regional websites and social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
Tracking & Monitoring:
- Track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns across the APAC & MENAT region, utilizing data insights to inform regional digital strategy and optimize performance across all markets.
- Define KPIs to track and analyze digital channels and implement optimizations for maximum ROI.
- Identify trends and insights to continuously improve digital marketing effectiveness across the region.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a digital marketing leadership role, with a proven track record of success in the APAC & MENAT region.
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape in APAC & MENAT, including regional and cultural nuances.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, etc.).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team across various APAC& MENAT markets.
- Experience managing and developing a high-performing digital marketing team with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Due to the global nature of the role, there will be a need to participate in calls with teams in the US during non-standard working hours (e.g., evenings/nights APAC time).
