Job Overview: As a Technology BD Manager at Trusted Hub, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales of our advanced digitization and workflow solutions. You will work closely with our technical team to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

* Identify and prioritize target markets and customers for our BPO and AI-driven solutions.


2. Customer Engagement:

* Proactively identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.


3. Solution Selling:

* Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized digitization and workflow solutions to clients.

* Collaborate with the technical team to develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.


4. Sales Cycle Management:

* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

* Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.


5. Market Research and Analysis:

* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in BPO, digitization, and AI.

* Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.


6. Customer Support:

* Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.

* Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.


Qualifications:


* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Proven track record of successful sales experience in the technology industry, preferably in BPO or AI solutions.

* Strong understanding of digitization, workflow automation, and AI technologies.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
