Job Duties:

Sales and Customer Service:

1. Actively participate in Fast Sales Events to generate leads and increase awareness.
2. Assist in event preparation with the Marketing team when required.
3. Provide customer service to walk-in, call-in, and enquiry customers via phone and digital channels.
4. Conduct follow-up calls after clinic visits to advise on post-treatment care and schedule review appointments.
5. Manage appointment scheduling, including assigning staff and treatment facilities, and handle sales inquiries and promotions.

Admin:

1. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Complete service sheets, collect payments, and handle invoices and forms before treatments.
3. Attend training and meetings to enhance job skills, including training in administering aesthetic treatments.
4. Support video shooting and editing tasks to align content with clinic branding.
5. Maintain brochure stocks and display areas, manage end-of-day sales reporting, and assist with daily administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Possess GCE ‘O’ Levels or above with 2 years’ proven sales results in consumer, lifestyle, wellness and healthcare sectors.
• Willing to work retail hours and weekends
• Prior experiences in aesthetic / healthcare sector will be an advantage
