Details:
- Handle Private Resale & BUC conveyancing matters
- Liaise with Banks, CPF Board, Solicitors and Clients on various conveyancing matters together with the conveyancing solicitors.
- Manage client appointments and monitor deadlines.
- Maintenance of files and records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience is required.
- Good communication skills, enthusiastic and have a positive and energetic attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good Organization skills and is able to work independently.
